When it gets colder the air gets drier, with the lack of humidity in the air outside and the dry heat in most buildings during the colder months can rob your skin of the moisture needed. Along with dry air, comes the lack of sun. Because its colder the days are shorter and we spend less time outside, due to it being cold.
